Policies
Bookings and Payments
Bookings can be made via phone, online booking enquiry form, or at the clinic.
A confirmation email will be sent once the appointment is confirmed, detailing the appointment information.
A reminder email will be sent 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Last-minute bookings can be accommodated subject to availability.
Payment is required in full on the day of your appointment, before commencing treatment.
We accept cash or card payments (Visa or Mastercard only).
HICAPS claims can be processed directly through our Eftpos terminal, or an invoice can be emailed upon request for direct health insurer claims.
Please note, we do not offer HICAPS accounts service.
Late Arrival and Cancellation
Clients are encouraged to notify us in advance for late arrivals or appointment cancellations, either by call or email.
In the event of late arrival, the duration of your massage treatment may be shortened to avoid scheduling conflicts, especially if another appointment follows.
If a client does not arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment time, and we are unable to contact the client, the appointment will be automatically cancelled to prevent delays in subsequent appointments.
Session Stoppage
You may stop the massage at any time. If halted within the first 15 minutes, a full refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided after 15 minutes.
Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Remaining voucher value is valid until the expiry date.
We are not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen, or expired.
Health Conditions
All new clients are required to complete a Client Form before treatment. This allows us to tailor your massage based on your concerns and preferences.
Existing clients must update their Client Form if there are any changes to their health condition.
It is recommended to consult a doctor and provide a medical note for the massage therapist regarding any health concerns.
Please notify your therapist immediately if you experience any pain or discomfort during the session. We will not be liable for claims of post-treatment pain that were not discussed during the session.
Personal Misconduct
All massage treatments are strictly NON-SEXUAL. Any inappropriate requests or advances will result in immediate termination of the treatment, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Underwear must be worn throughout all treatments. Treatment will be denied to clients who do not comply, and no refund will be provided.
Your therapist reserves the right to stop the massage and leave the treatment room if they feel unsafe or if any harassment occurs. In such cases, we will report the incident to the appropriate authorities.
Client Information
All client information is private and confidential, used solely by our clinic to modify treatment plans or inform clients about services of interest.
Client details will be removed upon request.
Complaints
We aim to provide a high level of service and quality massage. If you are dissatisfied with the massage during the treatment, please inform the therapist immediately so that the issue can be resolved promptly.
Privacy Policy
